1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

At City Instamart, we strive to deliver fresh and high-quality groceries to your doorstep. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and your order details to cityinstamart@gmail.com for verification.

b) Expired or Spoiled Products

  • If any perishable item is found to be expired or spoiled upon delivery, please notify us immediately with proof (photo or video) within 12 hours of receiving the order.

c) Missing Items

  • If any item from your order is missing, contact us within 24 hours, and we will verify and process a refund or redelivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, seafood).
  • Frozen or refrigerated products.
  • Items purchased under special discounts or clearance sales.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after approval.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will provide a refund or redeliver the correct item.
